It's time to get a head count for the reunion. Steve and Dawn have done some calling around and have gotten some good prices on a large party tent, 2 big rectangular tables, 30 chairs and two port a potties. It looks like this will be very reasonable, but we won't know what everyone will be asked to pitch in until we get a head count.

Also, a lot of people have asked about having the meal catered so we don't all have to bring our own food. Dawn called Millers in Lowville and got some prices. It's $9 a plate for chicken, jerked pork, potatoes, tossed salad and roll. We still have grills available so we could get hot dogs or some other option for kids. Please let us know if anyone has any other ideas for food. Dawn said it doesn't have to be Millers, she just thought it was a good price for good food.

Right know it's just really important to get a head count. So, please email, call, or write a letter so they know how many adults and kids will be there. Also if you have ideas or suggestions, call or email. The reunion is about getting as many of us together as possible and having fun. Everyone is welcome to offer ideas and help with planning. Please include how many adults and how many kids.
